HOW IT WORKS

• Place your order.
• Send 8-15 baby clothing items to Nutmeg & Bentley.
• Include a note inside your parcel with:
  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Child’s name
  • Instagram handle (if applicable)
  • Email address
  • Whether you would like any unused clothing and fabric scraps returned or responsibly recycled
  • Any important information about your clothing items
• Your clothing is carefully transformed into a bespoke Heirloom Memory Banner.
• Your completed banner is posted back to you.

Don’t worry if you don’t have enough clothing to create the full banner. Coordinating fabrics will be thoughtfully selected to complement your special items while keeping your cherished clothing as the focus.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Please send between 8-15 suitable clothing items.

• Clothing will be cut and cannot be returned in its original form.

• Suitable fabrics include sleepsuits, vests, rompers, dresses and lightweight children’s clothing.

• Fabric placement and design decisions are made by the maker to create the best finished result.

• Any unused clothing and fabric scraps can be returned with your finished banner or responsibly recycled, depending on your preference.

• Every Heirloom Memory Banner is completely unique.

• We recommend using a tracked postal service when sending your items. ( you will pay for postage when posting your clothes to myself so please take this into account when budgeting)
