⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'A fantastic book and a great help! I am a panicking 24 year old mum with an 8 year old who has just started puberty. And whilst I was expecting it to happen I was hoping I had a bit more time!! There is very little literature about for girls that young, so this book was ideal. It was actually recommended to my by Social Services, whom I contacted for advice. It is very well written, easy for my daughter to understand, and it is pretty comprehensive. And you don't need to read it all at once, you can just look at the chapters that concern you right now, so the children wont get overwhelmed with information.' - 5 Star Amazon Review
